According to The Washington Post, Congress recently agreed  to a $15 BILLION bailout for the “Big 3″ US automakers. The recently unveiled plan calls for the Treasury Department to cut checks for the car companies as soon as NEXT WEEK. The plan also calls for soon to be ex-President Bush to name a “Car Czar” to manage the restructuring of the industry and prevent them from bankruptcy.

First of all, what is this the USSR? A “Car Czar.” Come on.

Second of all, and most important, did these people not see “Who Killed the Electric Car?”  These companies HAD the fuel efficient technology a decade ago and literally impounded and crushed all of the electric cars due to pressure from the oil industry to produce more guzzling gargantuan things such as SUVs and Hummers.

Why do they get a bailout? I lost my job because of these financial morons and what did I get, oh yeah, $405 a week in unemployment. Considerably less than I made at my cushy corporate job. How about they give that $15 BILLION to us common folks so we can resume our normal lives and not have to purge our belongings on ebay.
