2.3 Million Homes Faced Foreclosure in 2008

So, 2.6 million people lost their jobs in 2008. And now this statistic reported by the Associated Press, via Yahoo : 2.3 million homes faced foreclosure proceedings in 2008. That is an 81% increase from 2007. The state hit the worst? California.
