Despite Topping Q3 Forecasts, Burberry to Handout Pink Slips
The British luxury goods retailer, known for their trench coats and umbrellas, will cut 540 jobs—290 in the UK, and 250 in Spain. Now I don’t get why companies still lay off people even though they make profit! Well, I suppose topping Q3 forecasts doesn’t exactly mean they made a huge profit.
