The self-proclaimed “legal tabloid” AboveTheLaw.com is reporting that multi-national law firm Morrison & Foerster (who’s name, strangely enough, is “officially” shortened to MoFo) announced they will lay off about 100 201 employees. One of the most prestigious firms in the world, they have 19 17 offices peppered throughout the U.S., Europe and Asia. One of the taglines on their website says “1,000 lawyers worldwide.” That might have to change soon…

they laid off 201 — 53 attorneys and 148 staff.
Also, they have 17 offices, not 19.
