According to the New York Post, the AIG headquarters building in Lower Manhattan no longer reads “American International Group” above the front entrance. Workers were dispatched this weekend to take the signage down.

The company claims it’s because they are “changing their name” to AIU Holdings Ltd., but let’s be realistic…it’s because everyone wants to punch them in the face.
