CNNMoney reports that in order to score a job in today’s market, you may need to start thinking about taking a step down. While that means lower pay and less responsibility, it’s also a higher chance at employment. Their advice? Use the demotion as a way to get ahead and show your new employer what you can do. Hmmm…maybe I should start applying to more jobs I’m overqualified for.

how to apply for a demoted job and then be told – you qualify, however, there are more people even then more qualified than you.
To then apply for a job that you don’t think you qualify for, score in the mid 90s in way of assessed skills, and then be again that someone less than 90 gets the job.
Today, who you don’t like and know is who stops your forward movements.
